The YUMI Range

YUMI Street food is an exciting new range of street food-inspired products that will take your tastebuds on a whistle-stop tour around the globe. Influenced by the more established culinary hotspots and by the real hidden gems of flavours that are to be found off the beaten track.

Our range features an eclectic mix of frozen products prepared to a school food standards compliant specification and using halal meat from our HMC certified supply chain.

Our premium Mutha Burger, is locally sourced from farms in Yorkshire or neighbouring counties and we only use HMC certified halal beef in our burgers. We design our education sector specific products to be fully suitable for a child’s diet. All of our lean beef is between 90-95vl, with a meat content of 82.5%.

Our burger spice blend contains no nasty additives or preservatives, as identified in the City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council’s prohibited food additives & ingredients list.

Method
  1. Simply serve this premium beef burger on a soft 50/50 bread bun, with a little mayo on the bottom of the bread roll
  2. Add a little lettuce, sliced tomato and a few slices of crunchy gherkin
  3. Top with a little BBQ sauce or ketchup and add the top of the bread bun…. A classic!

Why not try with BBQ sauce and a crunchy apple coleslaw. To make the apple coleslaw simply make a standard coleslaw, but replace half of the shredded cabbage with julienne of apple –

Delicious!

Our Zesti Chicken from Peru, is locally sourced from farms in Yorkshire or neighbouring counties and we only use HMC certified diced halal chicken. Our Peruvian spice blend is made from an authentic recipe using 12 different ingredients including coriander leaves, paprika, turmeric, lemon juice and ‘huacatay’ leaves (often called ‘peruvian black mint’), to give a really authentic Peruvian food experience!

Our Peruvian spice blend contains no nasty additives or preservatives, as identified in the City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council’s prohibited food additives & ingredients list.
